This role requires an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive candidate with outstanding eye for business and intense curiosity to learn about different areas of the business. You must be comfortable with ambiguity while working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.   • Serve a key function by partnering with our business leaders, stakeholders, and product management operation group to ensure we are making the right decisions today for sustainable, thoughtful, and efficient long-term growth.
  • Develop scalable financial models or reports that align and simplify monthly business reviews, forecasting, and annual planning processes.
  • Support our Finance leaders as we help scale our business towards our long-term objectives.
  • Be responsible for the headcount planning and management within our Anaplan planning tool and provide monthly reporting on hiring against plan for senior management review.
  • Responsible for full P&L management including owning long-term financial model, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and strategic ad hoc analysis.
  • Ensure alignment across FP&A and business partners on key processes, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Build and provide important weekly/ monthly and ad-hoc reporting or analysis to share fact-based insights on variances and trends.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and reporting to support key strategic initiatives/ special projects.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $78,500.00 - $125,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
  • 2-5 years of work experience in work experience in Finance, preferably in investment banking or technology corporate finance, corporate development , FP&A in the technology industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills required, including experience building complex financial models
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Database and SQL querying experience strongly desired
  • Additional desired software experience includes Workday, Anaplan, Tableau or Mode Analytics
  • Public company experiences desirable
