About the Role
As an experienced Senior Financial Analyst, FPA reporting to our VP, FPA you will be working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment where you will be relied on for your expertise, professionalism, and collaboration. This role is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to develop annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgeted targets and communicate variances.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections based on market trends and business insights.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to evaluate business performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in scenario analysis to assess the potential impact of various business decisions on financial outcomes.
- Prepare and present financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
- Communicate financial results, trends, and analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure accuracy of financial information.
- Track and monitor departmental and project budgets, providing guidance to ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Participate in budget reviews, variance analysis, and reforecasting exercises as needed.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives by providing financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist in evaluating potential investments, mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic opportunities.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data and reports.
- Stay updated with relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- 2+ years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, or consulting is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of macroeconomic factors affecting the industry.
- Prior experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A roles is preferred.

Pay range for this position: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 depending on years of experience.
