Role Overview:
We're seeking a Senior Flutter Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced developer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited about the opportunity to take ownership of complex projects. As a Senior Flutter Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing high-quality mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development: Architect and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable Flutter applications for iOS and Android platforms.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Optimize application performance and address bugs effectively.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Propose and implement new features and improvements that enhance the product and user experience.
- Project Management: Contribute to project planning, estimation, and scheduling. Manage your tasks effectively to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in mobile application development with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development principles. Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc).
- UI/UX: Demonstrated ability to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces. Experience with integrating designs from tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Problem-solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and devise effective solutions.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.
- Adaptability: Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to pivot and adapt in a rapidly changing startup environment.
