Your core tasks
- Work collaboratively within a highly agile environment and mentor a young and motivated team with your frontend expertise.
- Help shape our product vision from business requirements and technical details into a usable and valuable product. This includes researching state of the art technologies, crafting prototypes, and delivering results.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces for single page applications (SPAs) using modern frontend frameworks such as Next.js and Tailwind CSS.
- Convert design mockups or wireframes into responsive and interactive web applications.
- Write clean and maintainable code by applying best practices.
What you can contribute
- Several years of experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS or similar frameworks
- Team player with good communication and self-management capabilities
- Working and organizing with Jira in a Kanban/Scrum environment
- Understanding of API usage (RESTful, GraphQL)
- Having an eye for details and result-oriented work
- Bonus points: Knowledge in UI/UX design principles

One of our products currently in development that you will be contributing to is a9s Hub. You will be working on this new Platform that empowers organizations to have an agnostic and open Marketplace to collect everything developers and operators need in one single place. The project is built in a Kubernetes native landscape and challenges you to build a frontend for this Platform that shines with customizability and real-time management for its vast backend infrastructure.
Customers can mirror their organizational structure with a multi/nested tenant solution and can connect their internal identity service to it. This means that those customers will have their complete Marketplace hosted and available in their branding, including full control of the offering on their Platform.
With the Marketplace, we provide a shopping system for everyone to see available service offerings, including our own anynines data services. Customers can customize their Marketplace by adding their own custom services or integrate them from other providers. The Console component of this Platform enables users to automatically provision service instances, maintain their lifecycle, and manage their cloud resources via the Graphical User Interface (GUI) in real-time. These UIs are built with our own Design System that also provides our customers with the necessary tools to customize –or even build– their own frontend to their custom, tailored needs.
The project is still in a very early stage, so you’ll have the opportunity to affect its design and architecture in fundamental ways, as well as to guide it from the coding of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to production-grade quality.
