Array is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team. Our Frontend engineers play a crucial role in designing innovative user interfaces and experiences for managing financial data and transactions securely. Our consumer-facing platforms cater to millions of users, offering them tools to manage their finances effectively. As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you will be recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and spend most of your time writing code to enhance our digital finance offerings.

This position, like all engineering positions at Array, will be subject to on-call rotations.

You Will:

  • Lead the development and design of frontend components, ensuring high-quality and user-friendly solutions for our fintech products.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and translate them into technical implementations.
  • Design and implement robust user interfaces and user experiences using technologies like Svelte, React, and Angular.
  • Optimize the frontend with infrastructure, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
  • Dive into complex technical challenges, applying your problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions.
  • Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to our development processes and technologies, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.

You have:

  • Experience in frontend development using modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js, ensuring robust and efficient client-side operations.
  • Strong UI/UX design skills, allowing you to translate problem statements into intuitive and well-designed user interfaces.
  • Familiarity with frontend build and deployment tools, practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaboration experience with product teams, establishing strong partnerships to align technical solutions with product goals.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
  • Proven ability to anticipate and build for scale, ensuring applications can handle increasing loads and user demands.
  • Track record of solving complex problems in frontend development, demonstrating your analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to convert design prototypes into reusable components, optimizing code efficiency and maintainability.

Pay Transparency: $145,000 + base salary, depending on experience
