Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer who excels at building seamless, scalable, and efficient software solutions. In this role, you will be pivotal to our development efforts, primarily on our backend systems with some frontend development. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership, engineering, and product teams to build and scale our solutions that drive our business forward and elevate the customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Backend development: Design, develop, scale, and optimize the backend of our application, ensuring a fast, scalable, and reliable application.

Integrations: Develop and maintain integrations with our partners and clients software.

Frontend development: Develop and maintain extensions of our application that interact with our client’s software

Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose and implement improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, Backend Development, or similar role.

Startup Experience: Previous experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

Languages: Experience with SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.

Databases: Strong understanding of relational databases.

APIs: Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs with high volumes of diverse data.

Testing: Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders

Excellent problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

A passion for innovation and improving the healthcare experience for pets and their families.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with GCS, BigQuery, Google Cloud SQL, and Google Looker

Experience with Dagster & Dagster Cloud
