We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. This position is supporting USDA easily trace animal identification. This project is modernizing current applications utilizing React UX/UI as a front-end tool. This project will be using Agile framework and the team will help build a very robust software that is aligned with the program's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high quality software based on client and business requirements
- Developing, modernizing, and making enhancements to an existing .NET based application or new enterprise microservice applications
- Analyzing and designing databases working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
- Understanding coding standards and implementing them within code being developed
- Troubleshooting problems that may arise in any of the environments including Production
- and providing solutions
- Communicating with the users to determine problems or design requirements
- Working with multiple teams like Network/security/Dev teams in an Agile environment
Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including (but not limited to) RFI, RFP, prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications necessary for their practice expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 1+ year of experience with JavaScript, .NET and MVC architecture
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Angular 12.x, HTML5 and CSS
- 1+ years of hands-on experience deploying applications on IIS or similar application servers
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder (for 3 or more years) is required per federal government contract requirements
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BS or MS in Computer Science highly preferred
- Experience in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Azure Dev Sec Ops, Kubernetes, Microservices and React
- Skilled in the following programming languages: Microsoft .Net 6, SQL, React, Blazor, Xamarin
- A demonstrated understanding of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA) including RESTful Service frameworks (Web API)
- Design, development, delivery and support / maintenance for Angular- based UI applications
- Familiarity with working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Strong background in Linux / Unix environment
- Understanding of automated deployments and different deployment strategies
- Demonstrated ability to implement a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services
- Good troubleshooting and debugging mindset. Be able to provide immediate workarounds and long-term fix.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on multiple tasks

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:
$84,533.00 - $143,706.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
