What will you do?
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth within government sectors;
- Identify and engage potential government clients and key stakeholders to present Tenchi's solutions;
- Conduct market research to understand government trends and requirements in cybersecurity;
- Manage relationships with current government clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling;
- Prepare proposals and respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) tailored to government needs;
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote Tenchi's products;
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create sales materials and campaigns targeting government clients;
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and provide ongoing reporting on sales performance.
Requirements
What do you need to know?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally in the cybersecurity or tech industry;
- Previous experience selling to government clients or understanding government procurement processes;
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and their relevance to government agencies;
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment;
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities;
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Great if you have:
- Experience working with government procurement regulations and compliance standards;
- Established contacts within government agencies and a network of industry-related connections;
- Knowledge of contract negotiation and proposal writing;
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
