About Tempo Software

At Tempo, we're on a thrilling journey to redefine strategic portfolio management (SPM) software. Our innovative solutions are empowering teams worldwide to achieve their most ambitious goals. As we embark on an exciting phase of rebranding, building a new website (and lots of other secret stuff), we're looking for a Graphic Designer to be at the heart of this transformation. 2024 is set to be an incredible year of growth for Tempo and we want you to be part of it.

The role

As our Graphic Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of Tempo. We’ve done the heavy lifting already, but we need a talented designer to bring it to life across all of our marketing initiatives. You'll report into the Director of Content and Communications, supporting a team of talented marketers. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about design, eager to contribute to a rebranding journey, and enthusiastic about creating visuals that resonate with global audiences, especially enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of various marketing assets including website graphics, digital ads, social media imagery, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align design strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Contribute creatively to the rebranding process, ensuring a cohesive and compelling visual identity.
  • Manage and execute multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, continuously bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design skills and creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn.
  • Experience in web design and understanding of UX/UI principles would be a plus.

Why join Tempo?

We’re not looking for a color by numbers designer; we’re looking for someone to challenge the status quo and make Tempo stand out. Here, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects that matter, in an environment that values creativity and inclusivity. Join us in our journey and be a part of something truly transformative.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:

  • Hybrid or Remote work!
  • If you’re close to one of our 4 Hubs: Boston, Montreal, Reykjavik or Toronto; feel free to use the space and catch up with the local team(s)
  • Unlimited vacation in most of our locations!
  • Great benefits including health, dental, vision and savings plan.
  • Perks such as training reimbursement, WFH reimbursement, and more.
