Profile Overview

As a part of the saas.group Central People Team, you will drive strategic people initiatives and impact employee experience by advising our startups on all HR practices. We are looking for a true business partner working with several Brands and Brand Leaders, who identify the people's needs and contribute to the growth of the team and each individual.

Your immediate impact in the first 3-6 months will be:

  • Shortly after you have joined and been onboarded, you’ll start working with several brands, advising them on their specific people topics.
  • You’ll guide your portfolio of brands strategically and operationally around people processes.
  • You’ll critically review the current processes, propose improvements, and take over the design and implementation of 1-2 processes, based on your assessment and People Team goals for 2024.

Your responsibilities

  • Drive strategic and scalable solutions in the HR space while owning our processes from onboarding to exit.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess and anticipate people-related topics, ensuring high performance of the teams as well as resolving possible conflicts.
  • Advise people on their career progression, and learning & development needs. Act as a coach and a first point of contact for the employees.
  • Lead the HR programs and initiatives, such as performance, compensation and benefits, development, and employee engagement for the respective brands.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of the people processes based on the current HR trends.

What You bring to the table

  • Profound experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Experience in guiding the business on scalable people processes, and great employee experience.
  • Great communication skills, including coaching, facilitation, and mediation. Experience in influencing various stakeholders effectively.
  • A data-driven and strategic mindset.
  • The ability to adapt and excel when business plans change.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with limited structure and resources, preferably in the tech industry.

What’s in it for You

  • Ultimate flexibility: We’re 100% remote. You can work from wherever you like, whenever you like.
  • Freedom and autonomy: We’re a high-trust team, and you’ll be given lots of independence to solve problems in your own way — with plenty of help from the team when you need it.
  • Minimum bureaucracy: We don’t like to get bogged down with meetings and red tape. We like to be efficient and keep momentum steady & sustainable.
  • Small & friendly team: We help each other out, have fun, and joke around.
  • Our network: We are a community of entrepreneurial SaaS professionals that regularly exchange ideas, knowledge, learning and expertise with each other internally.
  • Unlimited paid time off: We want you to recharge your batteries when needed.

We don’t just simply offer you to “take a job with us” but rather to “join us on this journey” to build the world's largest platform of independent SaaS companies.

Sounds like something you’re up for? Feel free to apply even if you don’t check all these boxes. We believe in the power of diversity and fresh perspectives to spice up our team. Your application might just be the missing ingredient!
