Job Description
You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
- 2nd and 3rd level support for our existing applications and IT infrastructure/network
- reproducing, analysing and documenting IT incidents
- being the interface to external IT partners
- documenting and optimising IT processes
- IT onboarding for new colleagues
- automation of interfaces between software products
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
- several years of experience with hardware, software and network support (remote and in person)
- client experience (Microsoft & Apple)
- a good command of Google Workspace
- previous experience in scripting languages, such as PowerShell, Python
- a very good command of written and spoken English
- strong communication skills and a high service orientation
- high self-organisation and reliability
And nice to have..
- experience in monitor systems, endpoint management and software packaging
- worked on automation processes e.g. integrating software components (using APIs) server provisioning, software distribution, patch management

According to the Austrian collective agreement, the minimum salary is 45.000€/year. Of course, we are happy to offer much higher compensation based on qualifications and experience!
