Requirements
- 5+ years professional experience developing software is desired
Tech Skills
- Experience with Architectural Patterns, Designs Patterns and SOLID principles.* Expert knowledge and experience in Java (willingness to work in Object-Oriented Perl is required)
- Willingness and ability to work primarily in US-based hours (Eastern Time) as needed to maximize team collaboration* A deep understanding of web application programming and how web apps work in different stacks (experience with Java, LAMP, nodeJS/nginx)
- Experience with software development tools and methodologies such as version control, testing, debugging, and documentation* A working knowledge of relational databases, database design, and SQL is critical; MySQL is preferred
Other Skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust work schedule according to project needs and deadlines* Excellent communication, collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills
Plus Skill
- Experience and solid knowledge in Perl.
