About the Role

Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We are seeking a Legal Operations Specialist who will primarily support the Corporate Legal team on various initiatives and programs. Responsibilities will include program management, support of tools and technologies, creation of policy, research, management of company and legal entity registrations and filings, audit support, equity program support, oversight of insurance certifications, and various responsibilities as may be necessary to support and optimize how Legal operates. 

This is a full-time position based out of our Denver/Oakland or USA-remote locations.

What You'll Do

  • You will be responsible for providing general Legal Operations support to the Corporate Legal Team and other Legal sub-teams as needed. Responsibilities include: 
  • Manage risk and opportunities with subsidiaries and legal entities around the globe.
  • Serve as program manager by establishing and implementing efficient project plans, processes and tools, overseeing deliverables and due dates, facilitating scoping requirements through to implementation. 
  • Oversee and maintain insurance portfolio.
  • Support equity program and management of equity platform in partnership with the Sr. Equity Administrator.
  • Liaise with and manage domestic and foreign outside counsel/advisors to address and maintain corporate requests as needed.
  • Provide support in a variety of areas, which may include managing mail, facilitating wet signatures for international agreements, knowledgement management, maintaining internal corporate records and policies, supporting billing requirements, investigation support, manage filings and document prep, and other clerical or administrative or paralegal requirements as may be needed. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally globally to anticipate, implement and/or address complex projects.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 5-10+ years of experience as corporate paralegal and/or legal operations professional with a multi-national company or law firm
  • Prior experience at a high-growth private company preferred.
  • Experience coordinating notarization and foreign legalization of documents.
  • Self-motivated, agile, detail oriented, resilient, driven, creative and scrappy.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This range represents base salary only and does not include incentive for sales roles, equity, or benefits, if applicable. 

Pay Range

$118,720.58—$148,400.72 USD
