Lime is hiring a Senior Litigation Manager to join our Legal team! Reporting to the Director, Litigation you’ll provide support to in-house attorneys in legal case preparation and file management for moderate to complex matters. This may include conducting legal research, communicating with various internal and external stakeholders in conducting investigations, drafting legal documents and analyzing all relevant documents, reports, records, and other sources of information.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You’re an in the moment problem solver with the ability to support in-house attorneys and other para-professionals on legal and business related projects.  

What you'll do:

  • Analyze complex datasets and communicate findings in a manner relevant to the project objective
  • Provide support to Litigation Counsel in preparing data-driven presentations for Lime’s C-Suite and Board
  • Prepare memorandum assessing whether evidence supports key legal arguments
  • Work alongside Lime’s in-house attorneys to review and revise responses to discovery requests; prepare documents and materials for production by working with internal stakeholders from various departments within Lime’s business units.
  • Provide deposition or trial testimony as the corporate designee 
  • Execute affidavits or verifications
  • Review and respond to subpoena requests
  • Implement efficient workflows and handling of litigation requests while developing standard operating procedures to support these processes 

About you:

  • 6+ years of litigation related experience in either a large law firm or an in-house legal department. In-house at a consumer-facing tech company or a fast paced start-up is a plus
  • Experience and familiarity with e-discovery platforms such as Everlaw or Relativity  
  • Demonstrated proficiency using Google Suite and Microsoft Office (including Excel) applications
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, as well as ability to run SQL queries, a plus
  • Adept at creating and executing searches across vast repositories of data
  • Able to juggle multiple projects at a time in a fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team and working independently to get the job done, no matter how big or small the project
  • Motivated, efficient, organized and detail-oriented
  • Calm in deadline-driven situations; self-motivated and able to prioritize workload

The anticipated salary range for this position is $102,000 - $168,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
