About the Role: Overnight Role
The Sr Logistics Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day support of Veho-managed logistics operations; communicating relevant information to internal and external stakeholders, auditing broker invoices, acting as an escalation point of contact when troubleshooting issues, and ensuring Veho’s stellar on-time delivery performance is maintained. This individual will also play a key role in maintaining weekly load and rate data integrity and identifying and proactively resolving discrepancies.
Responsibilities:
- 60% or greater of your time will still be spent in live ops assisting the Coordinators and Dispatchers.
- Support the day-to-day logistics operations
- Book, schedule, track, troubleshoot delays, recover failures, etc
- Work with Client Ops to resolve mis-sorts
- The other 40% of your time will be spent doing the following:
- Assist with implementing new or updated processes with logistics team
- Operate as the escalation point of contact for Logistics Coordinators and Dispatchers in live ops
- Ensure all updated charges are entered into the Truck Schedule with appropriate notes
- Assist Logistics Manager and Logistics Analyst with day-to-day reporting to maintain company’s OTP
- Communicates with internal and external contacts to confirm shipment information, request paperwork, and necessary approvals/authorizations
- Track logistics trends and use the information to recommend changes
- Willing to take thoughtful risks, make a decision based in ambiguity, and continuously learn from situational outcomes
- Take Ownership - quickly adapt to changing situations and offer/implement solutions to drive the business forward with minimal supervision
- Is able to communicate with a wide range of audiences
- Other duties and projects, as assigned

- Experience in a fast-paced freight brokerage environment
