We’re looking for a Sr. Manager, Accounting to help us scale our Accounting systems & processes to support our continued growth.

  • The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills. 
  • United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
  1. Zone A: [$162,600 - $226,000]
  2. Zone B: [$152,800 - $212,500]
  3. Zone C: [$143,100 - $180,300]

As a Senior Manager, Accounting, you’ll … 

  • Independently drive the full cycle general ledger financial close process across Webflow’s entities and related activities to ensure complete and accurate consolidated financials in accordance with US GAAP
  • Own the oversight in all close processes including Cash, Payroll, Prepaids, Fixed Assets, Accruals, Fluxes, etc.
  • Proactively identify areas of efficiency, and implement solutions to drive reductions in our time to close the books
  • Support global expansion efforts, including statutory reporting in local countries
  • Partner internally to ensure financial statements are audit-ready and actively aid in managing our audit with our external auditors.
  • Drive workflows for the development, documentation and maintenance of corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls for Webflow
  • Recommend best-in-class process improvements with internal controls at the forefront of those recommendations
  • Improve and streamline our accounting processes by driving automation
  • Manage and mentor direct reporting personnel
  • Support key business stakeholders and work cross functionally with Procurement, IT, Engineering, Product, HR, and outside consultants

About you 

You’ll thrive as our Senior Manager, Accounting if you:

  • Have an active CPA license and possess strong understanding of US GAAP
  • Have experience in public accounting
  • Have experience in industry accounting at a scaled organization, tech industry experience a plus
  • Are a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Are passionate about building from the ground up and scaling operations 
  • Are a detail-oriented individual with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills
  • Have experience managing a month-end close process and team
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Netsuite and Blackline
  • Have experience automating processes
  • Have strong communication skills
