Senior Manager, Leadership and Inclusion

We are seeking a talented learning and development leader to join our team and play a critical role in driving leadership development and inclusion initiatives. This role reports to the Head of DEI and PMO, People on the People team. As a Sr. Manager, Leadership and Inclusion, you will be responsible for the designing the learning and communication strategy for programs to build inclusive leadership capabilities of our global leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading and delivering multiple work streams, collaborating across the People team and with other stakeholders to identify and prioritize needs and ensure alignment with business goals. What you'll do:
- Lead the design, build and execution of the strategy, programs and content for leadership and inclusion
- Oversee measurement strategy, using data to monitor progress and identify opportunities for evolution
- Partner with HRBPs and business groups to create relevant and adaptive resources
- Provide thought leadership on industry best practices and emerging trends in inclusive leadership development, and share insights with stakeholders across the organization
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants as needed to support project delivery
About you:
- Expertise of adult learning theory in an evolving environment
- In depth understanding of inclusion and diversity, particularly as it relates to the role of leaders
- Demonstrated experience in analytical thinking, synthesizing data and insights to make recommendations and monitor progress
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully influencing cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-directed and proactive with the ability and motivation to learn fast, work independently, and prioritize work using time efficiently
- Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills
The anticipated salary range for this position is $110,00.00 - $185,000.00. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
