ServiceTitan’s Senior Manager of Product Marketing - Fintech is a cross functional leader with a deep understanding of both our product and the customer. They will own and develop the strategy to market and engage existing customers and prospects with the goal to drive significant new customer acquisition and adoption of ServiceTitan’s fintech products and features.The ideal candidate must have prior experience in fintech and take a data-driven, strategic approach to developing audience-centric go-to-market strategies. Success will be measured through both your ability to deliver against business metrics and your ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative senior manager of product marketing who can work in strong collaboration with executives and cross-functional teams across the organization to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that fuel ServiceTitans growth.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with executive leadership team to develop and drive both strategy and execution across the entire GTM lifecycle and be responsible for supporting growth in key business metrics
  • Learn the specifics of particular investment products and teams, identify what needs to be done to drive their success in different channels, and champion those efforts independently
  • Uncover market and customer insights - develop strategy through expertise on the market, buyers, users, competitors, and products
  • Influence product roadmap & development with data and insights- advocate for the customer, and support Product and Design in building the right thing
  • Develop a strong focus on analyzing the data around the business (funnel metrics, test results, sales process insights, customer research).
  • Lead cross functional collaboration with product, sales, customer success, and demand generation to ensure well-coordinated execution and measure success
  • Understand target buyer and customer personas, buying needs, and buyer’s journey to inform the development of messaging and content strategy
  • Own and be accountable for marketing plans for features or products, including marketing campaigns and programs designed to drive awareness, demand and adoption of the products

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of product marketing experience, fintech experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and in presentations with executives and cross functional stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset - experience interpreting and summarizing data and gleaning actionable insights
  • A track record of strong cross-functional team leadership and collaboration and an ability to influence without authority, including senior management
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth and results oriented environment with an ability to stretch from strategic thinking to the details of execution
  • An expert in developing marketing strategies to drive growth and adoption of products
  • An expert in managing multiple concurrent projects
  • B2B SaaS and/or Fintech Experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA highly preferred

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role is between $137,000 - $196,000. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
