What we’re looking for:

The Revenue Operations team plays a critical part in the success of the go-to-market org by delivering key insights to senior GTM leadership and ensuring that our GTM teams operate efficiently and effectively. In this role, you’ll help inform GTM strategy, lead vision and implementation of our sales systems stack, and ensure that they are running smoothly.

This is a strategic, high-visibility opportunity for someone who’s looking to be a fundamental player in leveling-up our Revenue Operations function.

What you’ll accomplish:

  • You will define and analyze key sales, marketing, and retention metrics to inform our go-to-market strategy
  • You will build our tech stack so our team can focus on winning new business, and renewing our current clients
  • You will design Salesforce reporting to provide visibility into business performance and unlock future growth areas
  • You will oversee sales pipelines to ensure strong coverage and potential areas of opportunity
  • You will partner with Marketing to optimize our lead gen pipelines
  • You will identify best practices across our new sales teams to level-up our selling motion
  • You will help us expand to multiple products, multiple cuisines, and multiple regions
  • You will help build and implement the sales compensation strategy
  • You will define and implement our Sales and Marketing processes

About you:

  • You have 6+ years of experience at a B2B SaaS company in a sales operations or revenue operations role
  • You have been a Salesforce admin and have owned the build and rollout of core sales processes and integrations
  • You have comfortability working cross-functionally with key stakeholders across GTM teams
  • You have experience with lead / opportunity routing workflows, territory planning, and account mapping exercises
  • You understand B2B sales stages to drive funnel efficiency

Bonus points:

  • Bonus points for having both Enterprise and SMB SaaS experience
  • You have experience in the restaurant industry
  • You can speak Mandarin
