As a Sales Operations Manager at GoGlobal, you will play a critical role in optimizing the success of our sales organization by managing sales goals, forecasts, tools, and processes. You will work closely with various teams (e.g., Sales, Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Account Management, IT, and Operations) and be responsible for ensuring sales processes are designed and followed, supporting the sales team, and providing insights to increase productivity and effectiveness across the sales tech stack.  

To drive success in this role, you will have a track record of success in implementing and improving revenue processes for a global sales org using HubSpot. Regular collaboration with cross-functional leaders will be key in ensuring goals are achieved.  

Role & Responsibilities: 

  • Support in weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the respective sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends. 
  • Administer and maintain the respective sales team pipeline and data in our CRM, HubSpot. Provide HubSpot maintenance and support, Lead to Closed Won assistance.  
  • Support in the rollout of a new pricing model and implement a CPQ tool or process to ensure an easy quoting process for Sales, record keeping in CRM, and invoice process for Finance. 
  • Deal Desk management to ensure Sales has the appropriate support throughout the sales process to keep deals moving and maintain a healthy, accurate pipeline while also ensuring closed won deals go through a robust validation. 
  • Track & analyse key metrics including pipeline growth, deal probabilities, margin percentages, win/loss rates, & tracking against KPIs/targets to provide insights and recommendations to the business. 
  • Map sales process activities and actions to the CRM and provide sales process training as needed. 
  • Understand the post-sales departments and processes at a deep level to ensure systems and processes designed and built for sales takes into account all post-sales activities and have organizational improvements. 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations in a B2B services or SaaS company. 
  • Experience with HubSpot, with a deep understanding of HubSpot principles. 
  • Project management skills – understand project steps and how to push for execution. 
  • Excellent organization skills, including attention to detail and prioritization capabilities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to work across diverse cultures.
