About the job
This position is needed to build and grow Twilio’s Early in Career programs including our Intern and New Grad hiring. The Talent Acquisition Team is a critical partner to the business and our Early in Career programs are a crucial component to our overall talent strategy around the globe. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Twilio by attracting and nurturing the next generation of talent. You will manage a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with stakeholders, executives and partners to ensure we continue to evolve and deliver Early in Career programs and talent to meet the demands of our growing business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
- Lead, develop and mentor a team of recruiters as well as foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
- Design and implement intern and new grad programs to provide meaningful and impactful experiences that are aligned with Twilio’s values and contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Develop and deliver innovative strategies to attract top-tier talent and ensure Twilio remains competitive in the talent landscape.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and leaders to understand hiring needs and align our strategies with business goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, college and educational institutions in our key talent markets
- Measure effectiveness and health of our EIC strategies to make data informed decisions

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business or related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on leading and developing intern and new grad programs and team
- Strategic thinker with a track record of of developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that impact a companies overall talent strategy
- Experience scaling and growing teams and programs around the globe and into new markets
Location
This role will be remote, and based in Ireland.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 10-15% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
