About the role:

As a Senior Manager, Talent Programs, you will be responsible for the success of our employee experience through people programs and manager enablement. By doing so, will be responsible for creating, maturing, and centralizing our talent programs and development offerings. In order to hit the ground running and flex between program design and learning strategies, we need a senior level candidate with strong talent program management and program design experience along with experience creating enablement and learning strategies to meet org capability needs.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage inclusive talent management programs, processes and development offerings aligned with Ironclad’s mission and values including but not limited to performance management, employee recognition, manager development, and engagement.
  • Manage and drive the performance management process including feedback, calibration, performance evaluations and individual development plans.
  • Design and implement the approach to talent reviews and succession planning to meet the needs of the business.
  • Manage and evolve Ironclad’s engagement surveys to measure and track employee satisfaction.
  • Manage and design manager development training and programs to support skill enhancement, learning and growth.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including HR Business Partners to ensure alignment with talent strategies.
  • Manage the talent development budget efficiently, optimizing resources for maximum impact.
  • Owns and drives continuous improvement of talent management systems, processes and tools.
  • Lead and manage a small team.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7-10 years experience leading cross functional, talent management and development projects and strategies ideally as a program designer and manager.
  • Experience delivering, influencing, and executing new strategies and tactics using sound analysis support people related decision-making.
  • An entrepreneurial drive, ability to create order from chaos, and willingness to roll up sleeves to directly solve challenging problems.
  • Experience related to designing, building and executing programs related to performance and talent management.
  • Strong passion for learning and development with a proven track record of designing and developing management training.
  • Strong track record in delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep knowledge of HR systems and tools and can provide recommendations to enhance current state.
  • Understands how to leverage technology to drive experience and measure results of their programs.
  • Strong consulting skills (e.g., communication, influencing, facilitation and stakeholder management skills) that exhibit empathy, diplomacy and objectivity.
  • Excellence in written communication and project documentation.
  • Bonus if you have curriculum design experience.

Base Salary Range: $185,000 - $205,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
