The Opportunity That Awaits You:
The Senior Marketing Manager, US Commercial Marketing will develop and execute US commercial marketing strategies and tactics to drive adoption and utilization of Aquablation Therapy with a focus on downstream marketing and commercial execution. The individual will focus on developing effective marketing strategies, campaigns, collateral and sales tools to drive adoption of Aquablation therapy in the US. The Senior Marketing Manager collaborates closely with sales leadership to align on strategic efforts to drive strategies for capital acquisition and therapy adoption.
The position requires an individual with a proven track record of developing strategic and tactical plans to drive product adoption and utilization. The candidate must possess excellent presentation and communications skills and be capable of working effectively with internal and external stakeholders including clinicians.
Success in this will require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the business and general marketing techniques.
What Your Day-To-Day Will Involve:
- Dive deep into data insights to understand correlation and causation and work cross-functionally to craft strategies to move the business
- Work closely with the commercial sales and upstream marketing teams, building and executing key strategies to drive adoption of Aquablation therapy
- Partner closely with surgeon, practice and hospital thought leaders to amplify the value of Aquablation therapy clinically, economically, operationally and strategically
- Have a heavy tilt toward execution – taking deep pride in fast decision-making and getting work done to meet business needs.
- Expectations include deep understanding of the product and therapy, empathy with the sales team and understanding of how to effectively equip and enable them, future-forward thinking and willingness and courage to pilot ideas.
The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess
- Be the global product and marketing expert providing in-depth knowledge of market trends, product utilization the competitive landscape.
- Support the development and execution the annual marketing plan.
- Leverage marketing capabilities (market assessment, segmentation, product positioning, message development, channel identification, tactic creation, etc.) to further business objectives.
- Develop promotional marketing campaigns that drive awareness, shift perceptions, increase share gains for Aquablation therapy and drive robot adoption.
- Develop impactful clinical value propositions and clinical evidence summaries.
- Support sales initiatives through targeting, education, and collateral/resource development.
- Develop key technical and clinical marketing materials to support US sales force and maintain frequent communication with the field, providing high value insights and capturing customer/sales rep feedback.
- Stay current on key clinical literature and competitive activities and communicate important findings to the sales force and management.
- Anticipate competitive activities, monitor competitive pipelines, and strategically respond to competitive initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Support customer engagement activities and gather feedback on ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Regularly spend time in the field to gain market and clinical insights while building relationships with key physicians.
- Develop innovative strategies and programs focused on product value propositions for the AquaBeam and Hydros system to Urologists, OR staff, PACU staff, APPs, and hospital administrators.
- Partner with the Integrated Commercial Marketing team to amplify product value messaging through omnichannel marketing campaigns.
- Develop product marketing and sales support tools that help to educate and train the OR team staff and PACU staff on the technical use of the AquaBeam System
- Analyze product utilization trends, conduct primary market research and partner with key opinion leaders to help inform sales and marketing programs and tactics.
- Initiate and participate in key customer visits, either onsite or in the customer’s clinical setting, tailoring the message to meet visit objectives.
- Regularly seek and obtain feedback from customers and the field organization to gather information, identify needs, and assess opportunities to help drive marketing programs and input to upstream marketing.
- Cultivate and foster key relationships with US and global KOLs as well as emerging leaders in the space.
The Qualifications We Need You to Possess
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a medical device product marketing and/or product management role (6 years with an advanced degree)
- BA/BS required; MBA preferred.
The Qualifications We Would Like You to Possess
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators/executives, customers, and internal employees.
- Professional work ethic, high capacity, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to operate independently.
- Track record of executing complex medical device marketing campaigns and tactics; experience with capital equipment preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong multi-tasking skills with an ability to adapt to change.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time

Work Authorization Status: Citizen / Permanent Resident
For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $143,000-186,000 per year.
Plus, eligibility for an annual bonus and equity/RSUs.

PAY RANGE TRANSPARENCY
Procept is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Procept utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
We’ll provide you training for, and ask you to maintain trained status for, and comply with, all relevant aspects of the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality Management System to ensure product and support regulatory compliance. We would also ask you to understand and adhere to the PROCEPT BioRobotics Quality & EHS policies.
