Senior People Experience Partner

The Senior People Experience Partner, will work closely with managers and leadership to drive strategies and tactics that enable, motivate, develop, and retain our employees. This role will be a critical support in evolving and scaling our rapidly growing business in alignment with our human-centered organization and through a lens of equity and justice. You will collaborate across the people team to co-create the structures and people programs that positively impact the business and the employee experience. 

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the US.

What you will do

  • Be a trusted partner to both senior leaders and employees across all levels of the organization.
  • Maintain a regular rhythm of connection with leaders in assigned departments, providing coaching, guidance, and advice on various HR related topics.
  • Assist managers and employees through organizational change, helping them navigate transitions and build resilience.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Serve as a resource for all employees in assigned departments to answer people-related questions, and support their Articulate journey.
  • Facilitate quarterly people meetings for all employees and attend assigned departments team meetings.
  • Execute engagement surveys for assigned departments, including but not limited to initiating the survey, tracking completion and debriefing findings. 
  • Manage offboarding process, including exit interview conversations.
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities related to employee changes.
  • Assists Articulate to mitigate risk and manage uncertainty and ambiguity within the business teams.
  • Understands and advises on the talent needs, organizational design and succession planning of the business teams. 
  • Identifies trends, risks, and opportunities within the organization and develops solutions in partnership with leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement people programs and initiatives that support organizational change and growth. 

What you should have

  • 5-7 yrs of HR/people partner experience preferably global within tech with expertise in performance management, change management, talent development, HR/people operations, and employee relations.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make appropriate recommendations for action.
  • Ability to confidently and effectively communicate with all levels of employees, including executives in one to one and group settings. 
  • Skilled in facilitating group meetings and training.
  • Action-oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
  • Organized and self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled and experienced in leading client groups through change utilizing best practices in change management.
  •  ​Ability to navigate cultural and business nuances/sensitivities to promote top performance and employee engagement and inclusion.
  • Outstanding influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills in a remote or hybrid environment.
