Senior Performance Marketing Specialist
As bunny.net continues to expand, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital marketing strategy. You will oversee key advertising platforms such as Google Ads, manage both onsite and offsite SEO, and lead A/B testing initiatives to enhance our website’s performance. The ideal candidate will have outstanding skills in campaign management, analytics, ad creativity, and technical setups. What will you do?
- Advertising Management: Manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Reddit Ads to ensure optimal performance.
- Audience Segmentation: Create detailed audience segments based on developer interests, company size, industry, and engagement history for more targeted marketing.
- SEO Control: Take charge of both onsite and offsite SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- A/B Testing: Lead A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and call-to-action buttons to identify the most effective variations.
- Website Analytics: Use first-party analytics tools on the website to capture detailed data on user interactions, including traffic sources, on-site behavior, and conversion events.
- Content Promotion: Promote technical articles and other content pieces through paid channels to attract and engage the target audience.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors’ advertising strategies, identifying opportunities to differentiate and improve campaigns.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Develop strategies for generating high-quality leads and work with sales teams to ensure effective lead qualification.
- Customer Journey Analysis and Improvement: Analyze the customer journey and improve touchpoints to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions.
- Multi-Channel Attribution: Implement and refine multi-channel attribution models to understand the contribution of different channels to conversions.
- Webinar and Event Promotion: Promote webinars, virtual events, and workshops through paid channels to attract developers and company decision-makers.
- Ad Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all advertising campaigns adhere to platform policies and best practices to avoid potential issues or penalties.
What will you add?
- 5+ years working with Google ADs, with at least 3 years managing a $1M+ annual budget
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, SEO tools, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with target audiences, particularly developers and SMBs.
- Strong skills in data analysis and interpreting key metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving skills and the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment both independently and as part of a team.
- Specific experience in marketing SaaS products to developers and small to mid-level companies.
- Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this market segment.
