- 20% will focus on accelerating our CI/CD processes and reducing time-to-market for our stakeholders.
- 10% will be spent on optimizing costs.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in platform engineering within a product-focused company.
- Startup Experience. If you’ve been part of a technology startup, you understand the challenges that come with the growth and maturity of a platform.
- Software Frameworks: Hands-on experience with NextJS and Django.
- Developer Experience: Passionate about enhancing the local developer experience and mentoring team members.
- Automation & Observability: Experienced in automating code lifecycle management from development to production and using observability tools such as CloudWatch and DataDog to optimize performance across environments.
- IaC Skills: Advanced skills in Terraform (IaC) for setting up reproducible and scalable environments, designing infrastructure for AWS-hosted applications, event-driven systems, containerized services on Kubernetes, and serverless functions.
