As a Senior Platform Product Manager you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of core capabilities which will accelerate the quality, velocity and reliability of our business. You will initially be focused on our Identity Service which is fundamental to enabling human transformation at scale. You will be a primary driver of enabling our business to evolve by surfacing, scoping and delivering other core capabilities. This is the perfect opportunity for a systems thinker who loves leveraging technology to build scalable business solutions, is excited about developing capabilities from the ground up and thrives off guiding organizations through complex technical evolutions.
What you’ll do:
- Deeply understand the needs of our organization and squads as BetterUp scales
- Be a critical partner and bridge for our engineering organization
- Develop and execute on technical strategy to support the required growth, capabilities and velocity
- Make courageous decisions daily as you push what we think is possible and open up new doors
- Clearly tie your work to outcomes and evangelize the power of the capabilities you develop
If you have some or all of the following, please apply:
- 6+ years of experience as a product manager.
- Computer science degree or experience.
- Experience building distributed systems, microservices, etc.
- Loves a well designed, scaleable, composable, reliable system
- Passionate about our mission to "help every person pursue their life with clarity, purpose, and passion"
- Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborate, influence and work as part of a remote team, able to influence team members
- Creative problem solver able to apply expertise and learnings to new environments with new constraints
