This position is Full-Time and Remote within the United States.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal part in HackerRank's mission to "Accelerate the World's Innovation". Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of millions of developers as you expand the platform for them to showcase their skills and get hired. You will be responsible for making HackerRank extensible via powerful APIs that allows customers, partners, and developers to create unique experiences with our products.

You will be working on:

  • Executing the enterprise platform strategy for HackerRank for Work by delivering new APIs for technical users to build new workflows, integrations and experiences, as well as delivering a UI portal for non-technical users to enhance and automate their business processes. Longer-term, exploring new monetization opportunities such as an app marketplace.
  • Discover & Prioritize: Interact with customers and stakeholders, and build the roadmap based on business impact
  • Design, Build, and Ship: In collaboration with the Engineering Lead and UX Designer, craft a plan for each major enhancement, including the user journey and the API calls necessary to enable the right workflows. Write epics and user stories to capture requirements; work with engineers who will develop the solution and ship to production.
  • Enable: Create videos, slides and documentation and lead sessions to train our internal users and customer-facing teams. Empower these groups to build on top of our platform, pitch to prospects, implement with new customers and educate/support existing customers.
  • Measure Impact & Drive Adoption: Use quantitative and qualitative data to understand if and how customers are experiencing positive outcomes. Promote further adoption by replicating these successful experiences with other customers.

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of Technical Product Management experience working with software teams, preferably in B2B SaaS companies
  • Experience designing system architecture or working with engineering teams to build system architecture documentation. Coding is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience with integrating cloud solutions

Under our flexible paid time off policy, you'll decide how much time you need based on your own personal circumstances.

Current base salary range: $110,000 to $165,000. Exact salary may vary based on skills, experience, location, market ranges, and other compensation offered. Salary range does not include other compensation components, commission (for sales related roles), bonuses, or benefits that you may be eligible for. Salary may be adjusted based on business needs.
