Job Description

  • Understand the product strategy and what our users need, to create solid and consistent proposals;
  • Participate in product development from discovery to implementation;
  • Build connections with other business, data and marketing areas at all levels of the organization, influencing business decisions that champion user-centered design;
  • Partnership with Product Managers and developers;
  •  Help create and strengthen the design culture by focusing on the user and delivering results, sharing ideas, evolving processes and vision;
  • Inspire fellow product designers by creating a high standard of quality design work
  •  Develop and deliver structured presentations, sharing new ideas or progress and how the team is solving a problem;
  • Conduct co-creation dynamics and workshops with different areas and consumers;
  • Perform A/B testing and other experiments;
  • Co-creation of processes for the UX team to improve delivery quality;
  • Prototyping, hypothesis validation and interest in data analysis;
  • Creation of flows, wireframes, interfaces and application of dynamics with the Squad and Business Area;
  • Guide our work and evolution based on design principles;
  • Contribute to strategic decisions regarding the future direction of Serasa products;
  • Monitor research and translate insights into suggestions for product improvements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in conducting and monitoring user research, hypothesis validation and data analysis;
  • Strong design skills and ability to co-create with other designers, raising the bar for design;
  • Knowledge of UI, UX and Research; 
  • Experience in designing responsive web interfaces;
  • Mastery of design and prototyping tools;
  • Rationale for scaling everything you do, be it research, design system or processes;
  • Great communication and time management skills;
  • Analytical and critical look, which seeks to understand contexts, data, and have empathy to put yourself in other people's shoes;
  • Willingness to absorb and share knowledge in order to contribute to the team's development;
  • Have the ability to work well in an agile and highly accelerated environment, being able to organize, communicate and execute what you believe will impact results.
