We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives on turning fresh ideas into innovative, user-centered solutions that go beyond interface design. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape engaging widgets, streamline onboarding experiences, and create visually stunning designs that captivate users and drive business success.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and iterate A/B test widgets to improve engagement and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the product design system by maintaining and expanding its scope.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-fidelity mockups for new product features.
  • Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to fine-tune onboarding experiences and support the acquisition funnel.
  • Design various visuals to support onboarding and engagement initiatives.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • Proficiency in Figma with a strong portfolio.
  • Ability to “connect the dots” in a complex product environment, handling multiple dependencies.
  • Expertise in balancing user needs with business goals, and adapting designs to changing requirements.
  • Strong visual design skills and ability to translate complex UX solutions into visually compelling interfaces.
  • Proactive and independent thinker who can articulate and defend design decisions with stakeholders.
  • Experience with analytics and user behavior tools (Amplitude, Hotjar, Userflow).
  • Preferable: Prior experience in B2B or ad tech domains.
  • Upper intermediate English.

Will be a plus:

  • Background in graphic design.
  • Familiarity with designing creatives for advertising or experience overcoming banner blindness challenges.
  • Knowledge of analytics workflows.
