Senior Product Manager - Ad Formats

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to help build the next generation of advertising at Spotify. Our advertising platform is rapidly growing, and you will build personalized, engaging and performant ad formats and experiences. You will build, test, and launch innovative formats with a focus on mobile, video, and native display formats to deliver outstanding value for our listeners and our advertisers. Your work will help Spotify deliver an excellent Free listener experience and performant promotional products for our advertisers.

What You'll Do

  • Build brand new ad formats and experiences (video and/or display) that listeners love and advertisers want to buy
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, product insights and business partners and collaboratively with other product teams to identify and drive opportunities for improved revenue and user experience
  • Create products which scale on our Spotify Ads Platform
  • Help develop a holistic ad strategy for the future of the Spotify Ads Business
  • Create a healthy and productive environment in your team through honesty, accountability, empathy and inclusivity.

Who You Are

  • You have 7+ years of experience driving consumer-facing products, and can show the impact of the products you have shipped.
  • You have built products with a focus on mobile experience. 
  • You have a technical understanding of how to build products that scale. 
  • You have experience building advertising products or in the ad tech domain.
  • You care deeply about the user experience and have extensive knowledge in design principles, U/X, quantitative and qualitative research.
  • You can synthesize a strategy, build a product roadmap, and are dedicated at executing to achieve your business goals
  • You are comfortable facilitating planning and decision-making across several teams, including partners, and know how to encourage and empower teams to get things done.
  • You have sound business judgment as well as ability to analyze qualitatively, quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize.
  • You have strong written and oral communications skills, and can clearly communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

The United States base range for this position is $134,481 - $192,116, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays. This range encompasses multiple levels. Leveling is determined during the interview process. Placement in a level depends on relevant work history and interview performance. These ranges may be modified in the future.
