Acquia is seeking a Senior Product Manager with the experience and drive to ensure Acquia’s award-winning platform, Drupal Cloud, exceeds the needs of customers who are passionate about Digital experiences. Your experience working in an enterprise organization and exposure to digital experiences, ecommerce and saas or paas platforms will help drive these efforts! 

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience working with complex data maps and business requirements.
  • Experience in digital media, technology, PaaS / SaaS platform or eCommerce.
  • Comfortable in a highly collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Highly motivated, organized self-starter that can run multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to take initiative and carry projects from start to finish.
  • Independent and quick learner with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to be flexible and successful within a fast-paced and dedicated environment.
  • Experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies of product development including extensive experience gathering, detailed requirements and writing functional designs.
  • Passionate about establishing relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Proficiency in tools of your trade i.e., JIRA and Confluence, Trello, Miro, productplan etc.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. 
  • Bonus points: Understanding of web accessibility, CMS and/or DXP platform.

HOW YOU WILL LEAD

  • Set a bold product vision, strategy, success metrics, and roadmap for execution
  • Internalize and deeply understand Acquia growth strategy and align your team's mission and roadmap with this direction
  • Defining the strategy for PaaS mid-market capabilities, tools, processes, and capabilities for Drupal Cloud
  • Using Acquia and Drupal Cloud data to drive a step change in how we evolve the use of data to make decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, such as engineering, design, platform PM, product PMs, etc.
  • Partnering with our customer facing team to gather feedback on existing tools and help pilot new tools and capabilities.
  • You will help to define and implement our Drupal Cloud strategies and enable collaboration with foundation-bearing product platform teams, while partnering with various internal and external customers throughout Acquia
  • Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills with engineering, architecture teams, and business partners
  • Inspire and lead your team and others to implement and deliver your vision and solutions to solve our customers’ biggest problems
  • Ruthlessly prioritize your team’s backlog to ensure your team is making maximum impact
