As we embark on this exciting phase, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to be the key driver in advancing the development and optimization of our healthcare provider data offerings. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Data Science, you will take charge in defining and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap that aligns seamlessly with Amino's mission and fulfills the evolving requirements of our users. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Product, you will have a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare provider data products and make a significant contribution to Amino's ongoing growth.

As Amino's Senior Product Manager you will.....

  1. Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our healthcare provider data products. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess market needs, and prioritize initiatives that drive value and improve the user experience. Develop a clear roadmap that outlines key features and enhancements to be delivered over specific timeframes.
  2. Data Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including defining requirements, conducting market research, and overseeing data acquisition and integration processes. Work closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
  3. Data Quality and Governance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of healthcare provider data within our products. Implement data quality controls, establish data governance frameworks, and monitor data performance to maintain the highest standards of data reliability and usability.
  4. User Experience and Insights: Continuously gather user feedback and conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points related to healthcare provider data. Leverage these insights to drive data product enhancements and deliver an exceptional user experience.
  5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of healthcare provider data products. Foster effective communication and collaboration to align product goals and deliver on business objectives.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in healthcare provider data. Leverage this knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the market.

Qualifications and experience for consideration....

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, specifically in the healthcare industry, with a focus on healthcare provider data products.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare data sources, standards, and interoperability, including experience working with provider directories, claims data, and other healthcare-related datasets.
  • Technical proficiency and the ability to evaluate and discuss complex technical concepts related to data integration, data quality, and data governance.
  • Experience with data product development methodologies, Agile frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A user-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences through data products.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data insights to drive product decisions and prioritize initiatives.
  • Required: must reside in the US and eligible to work without visa sponsorship.

  • Expected base salary: $165k to $195k plus standard company benefits and a generous option grant.Amino values transparency and has included the reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this full-time role at any approved US location. Individual pay is determined by a range of factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, licensure or certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Amino does not typically hire at or near the top of a salary range.

  • This position, like all roles at the firm, will have a good deal of autonomy. We’re a remote-first team and have designed our culture for a balance of synchronous and asynchronous work with people operating from all over the country. To support your remote office, we provide every new Amino with a generous office set-up allowance plus a monthly stipend for internet/phone.
  • PTO is non accrual and we expect Amino’s to take a minimum of 15 days a year.
