As a Senior Product Manager at Brandwatch, you’ll be empowered to get to know our customers and help them solve their most pressing problems. You’ll guide an autonomous team – a Product Designer, a UX Researcher, a Content Designer, an Analyst, a Product Marketer, a Scrum master, and a team of talented Engineers – to identify, prioritise and deliver value to our customers. 

In this role, you will be a part of the governance tribe within our platform group, focusing on providing a delightful admin experience for all users of the Brandwatch suite. You will be working on the integration of the two flagship products - Consumer Intelligence and Social Media Management - and lay the foundation for a world-class admin and governance experience.

You’ll report into a Director of Product who’ll guide and mentor you. Your Director of Product will support you in shaping a vision into strategy, give you a mission, and help you set your own objectives – but they’ll never tell you what to build. And you’ll have the support of a close-knit community of passionate Product people.

What you will do:

  • Own your objective and user outcomes; make repeatable success your goal
  • Be an ambassador for our product vision, mission and outcomes across the company, and externally
  • Deeply understand and care about the problems we’re solving for our customers
  • Evangelise product enhancements that teach us how to better serve our customers, while providing experiences that are consistently high quality, accessible, and easy to use

How you will do it:

  • Collaborate with and guide a team of highly accomplished engineers and designers to create a data-informed and learning-focussed roadmap of customer valueHelp product marketers get customers excited about what we’re doing, and why
  • Work with UX researchers to incorporate user interviews, usability studies, research and market analysis into your team’s solutions

What you have:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience in b2b, enterprise or Saas software or 5+ years of relevant industry experience, plus proven aptitude for product management core skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively on complex issues across the organization
  • Empathy and rapport are pretty central to the role here – an ability to form strong relationships with people across the organisation, with a variety of goals and perspectives
  • Thirst for evidence – focus on uncovering customer needs, figuring out the common underlying problem, and championing why it’s valuable to solve
  • Eagerness to prove from experimentation that your team’s work has helped solve a valuable customer problem, and made the product better as a result
  • Collaborative problem-solving skills, to help you get the most out of your experts
  • Demonstrated ability to work with customers, understand their perspectives, and manage their expectations sensitively
  • Great written and verbal communication and coordination skills are a big plus
  • Familiarity with Agile concepts and principles is a plus
