We’re currently looking for a Product Manager that will take a key role on our location-neutral team. The team is tasked with delivering frictionless, simple and elegant user experience. This individual will own and drive the core of the product experience - connection with strategic partner platforms . In this role, we also value process design, drive for standardization and striving for elegant but repeatable solutions

What You’ll Do

Develop and Ship Software Products

  • Independently become responsible for entire lifecycle of projects and products
  • Design elegant and effective product workflows and interfaces
  • Independently and directly work with engineering squads through all aspects of product development including planning/sizing, development, acceptance and retrospectives
  • Work closely with and coordinate the needs of other stakeholder groups (customers, customer service, sales, marketing finance, etc.) in a way that balances needs, sets and manages expectations, and leads to successful and timely results
  • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks within the product team.

Research and Set Long Term Product Direction

  • Evaluate market opportunities and utilize research to position/reposition our products to best capture them
  • Define new products and features
  • Set priorities based on commercial opportunity
  • Evaluate and lead implementation across full range of options for development (build, buy, partner)
  • Communicate the strategy and roadmap to internal and client stakeholders in ways that obtain their excitement and support

Team Engagement

  • Get involved with company-wide meetings and outings
  • Become immersed in the payments industry

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years product management experience in firms/roles where a majority of your work involved developing and shipping software that was developed and maintained in-house
  • Strong grasp of technical detail and nuance that lead to a high level of product quality
  • Curiosity and determination to find answers even if they aren’t easily available
  • Bias towards standardization and commonality, understanding the importance of establishing consistent processes and practices across our products
  • Drive to collaborate and bring people and ideas together, communication and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage deadlines from various stakeholders

The standard annual base pay range for this role is $140,000.00 - $160,000.00. In addition to a competitive base salary, this position is also eligible for cash bonus and equity awards based on factors such as experience and performance.
