💻 About the role
As a Senior Product Manager at Compa, you'll drive the development of a modern compensation data stack for the world’s largest companies, transitioning from traditional surveys to advanced cloud-based systems, APIs, software, data science, and AI.
- Partner with Compa’s Co-founder & CEO to define the vision, strategy, and process for the product team
- Define product requirements and collaborate with customers, engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ship innovative products
- Clearly communicate roadmap, progress, and insights to key teams and stakeholders
- Empower the engineering team by unblocking and enabling rapid iteration on what matters most
- Facilitate effective cross-functional collaboration for swift, informed decision-making
- Take ownership of removing blockers to the company's success
👋 About you
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience, building and launching technical products
- Experience building products for both end customers as well as internal teams
- Proven ability to lead and influence small engineering teams towards shared goals
- Skilled in evaluating product decisions and prioritization trade-offs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with engineering, sales, marketing, design, CXO, and customers
- Passionate about making compensation more transparent, fair, and equitable
- Pragmatic instincts, prioritizing the interaction of systems and people over fleeting trends
- Eager to tackle challenging problems, both technical and societal, to realize your full potential
