Senior Product Manager
The Role
Entromy is a next-generation organizational insights platform, uniquely tailored for private equity and mid-market companies. We are fundamentally transforming how organizations make critical business decisions with our robust diagnostic engine, rooted in AI and Natural Language Processing. Our customers are private equity firms, consulting organizations, and mid-market organizations around the globe.
Entromy is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to research, prioritize, and drive product initiatives from inception through execution. You'll immerse yourself in our customer's problems and collaborate closely with world class designers, engineers, and customer teams to lead the product that helps improve the effectovenes of the world's most innovative companies.

Responsabilities
- Deeply understanding the problems the customers are facing and why these problems are so important to solve. Build empathy around these customer problems with the appropriate audience, whether it’s your team, the Product Management practice, our customers, the product group or the company at large.
- Break big goals down into small, solvable pieces, and be able to reliably select and deliver the pieces that have disproportionately high value.
- Actively use data to confirm and disprove your hypothesis. Challenge your existing mental models and biases to create the best product possible.
- Prioritize with specific, concrete goals in mind and balance short-term and long-term trade-offs.
- Evaluate ideas, proposals and solutions critically. Making the ideas of others stronger with your input.
- Build relationships with cross-functional and matrix teams. Make sure that the team is aligned and everyone is moving in the same direction

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management or related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Previous startup experience (Very nice to have)
- A track record for defining and executing Platform and enablement strategies that create business and customer value
- Passion for raising the product craft bar and driving best practices throughout the company
- Experience working in employee engagement, performance management or any HR Tech is HIGHLY desirabe
