The Role
Audio has been transformed over the last 10 years, and with the latest boosts to mobile technology, data bandwidth, and hardware, any form of audio is now available for us as we go about our day-to-day activities. More and more listeners are tuned in to their favorite music artists, podcasts, and audiobooks. The technologies for delivering the content are there but the ads that support the medium are practically the same style of ads heard in the car in the 1990s. Audio Advertising is now in need of its own revolution to make the listener experience and connection to advertisers authentic and enjoyable.

What we’re looking for...
We are looking for an experienced product manager to join the growing Frequency team with an appreciation for all things creative. You'll be responsible for the roadmap, management and delivery of key features for the Frequency platform. You’ll play a central role in evolving and scaling the platform that supports ad operations for iHeartMedia and other world class publishers. We’re looking for an experienced product manager who has an affinity for technical products, a passion for process, and an unquenchable curiosity.
What You’ll Do
- Own Product Development Lifecycle for our comprehensive ad operations platform that enables teams of all sizes to efficiently deliver ads in audio
- Build and manage the Workflow Automation product roadmap with adept prioritization
- Identify and predict obstacles, collisions, and risk to projects across multiple teams and seek solutions to eliminate them
- Lead complex projects and initiatives and execute deliverables at the highest level from both a creative and technical standpoint
- Continuously drive customer value through right-sized features and improvements
- Define and communicate product requirements through user stories and acceptance criterion
- Partner with engineers to lead development sprints
- Find and assess opportunities through client and stakeholder feedback to deliver streamlined experiences to Workflow Automation users and contribute to company-wide goals and success
- Distill product vision into iterable milestones continuously delivering value to customers
- Partner with Customer success team to develop training materials and process for product education internally and externally
- Stay on top of industry trends and user behavior that can influence our strategy and prioritization
- Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to make data driven decisions and identify KPIs and measure the impact of initiatives on them
- Synthesizes disparate quantitative and qualitative data sets to quickly make data-driven decisions
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation to aid internal and external problem solving
- Foster a culture of impact and performance while championing our values to ensure that your team and the wider Product team are enabled to succeed
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience driving product management, preferably in ad tech (startup experience is a bonus)
- 2+ years experience in B2B SaaS (ad tech, or ad operations experience is a plus)
- Experience in building and navigating large, technical, interconnected systems
- Experience in managing multiple product roadmaps to prioritize and align efforts
- Proven analytical skills and superior ability to use data to drive decision-making and feature prioritization
- You have a deep unquenchable curiosity that drives you to understand user needs at their core
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love rolling up your sleeves to execute all the small details that drive towards the larger strategic vision, one day at a time
