Role Overview:

As our first Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our platform. You will have tremendous room for ownership and growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, strategy, and execution. Your efforts will focus on both greenfield AI product development and continuous improvement of our current offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with Guidewheel's mission and business objectives.
  • Develop and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing new feature development with ongoing product enhancements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Conduct market research and customer feedback sessions to inform product decisions and validate hypotheses.
  • Drive detailed product requirements and specifications, maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Foster a customer-obsessed culture, advocating for user needs and ensuring exceptional product experiences.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, utilizing data to guide continuous improvement efforts.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of successfully owning and launching products, with a strong portfolio of accomplishments.
  • Experience with AI and data-driven product development is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Passion for manufacturing and a deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities.
