Senior Product Manager
What You Will Do:
You will be a key member of the Mediaocean Ad Infrastructure product team, acting as the primary liaison between Mediaocean Product and cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales. This role can be based in the US or Pune, India. Your responsibilities include understanding and documenting client requirements, creating detailed use cases, and managing implementation and customer adoption.
Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Mediaocean Product, Engineering, and Sales teams for the Prisma Omni Platform
- Gather, understand, document, and prioritize product requirements for roadmap creation and execution
- Partner with the Design/UX team to ensure the product meets business and user needs
- Manage and complete tasks for planned features, including scrums, ticket updates, roadmaps, QA, and more
- Drive end-user validation, stakeholder communications, training, and documentation
- Monitor post-launch product ROI and customer feedback
- Innovate and identify new opportunities: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to propose innovative product ideas and improvements
- Define and track success metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product features and track their performance to ensure alignment with business goals
Who You Are:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, IT/Systems, or Human-Computer Interaction. MBA a plus
- 2+ years in Product Management, Consulting, Business, or System Analysis.
- 2+ years in linear TV or Digital Video advertising, or strong knowledge of Digital Video media buying, selling, and programmatic advertising
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, unstructured environments with a high tolerance for ambiguity
- Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills with a focus on tactical execution
- Leadership and collaboration skills: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Customer-centric mindset: Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into actionable product requirements
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with remote and globally distributed teams
