As Senior Product Manager, you will lead the definition and development of your product roadmap, help shape the Brands product strategy and collaborate with design and engineering to build features based on this vision. Our mission is to help creative people thrive, and you will be an integral part of delivering against this mission.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, market and competitors, including expanding our customer journeys and personas, conducting user research, gathering and synthesizing market research into actionable insights, and keeping abreast of market and competitor activity to ensure we are building proactively rather than reacting.
  • Drive product development from conception to launch, coordinating amongst stakeholders (leadership, data scientists & engineers, subject matter experts) throughout the process.
  • Own and execute on a product roadmap grounded in customer empathy that delivers on PhotoShelter’s business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and business leadership on discovery, prioritization, resource planning and scheduling.
  • Define and report on key metrics for product health and feature success, and communicate performance across the working and leadership teams on a regular basis.
  • Communicate product roadmap, releases, and learnings effectively across the organization.
  • Contribute to shaping the 3-year product vision, incorporating company strategy, industry trends, competitive landscape, and new technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Product Management role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • Natural ability to make things happen around you. You manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized and structured way.
  • Be able to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
  • Strong user empathy and human-centered design orientation.
  • Proficient literacy about technical, UX design, and business issues that arise in product discovery & development and knowing how to triage or escalate attention on them as appropriate.
  • Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users.
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Previous experience with video products
  • Previous experience in SaaS businesses
  • Previous experience working on B2B user-facing product flows

  • Compensation range for this role is $135k - $150k annual salary, plus bonus incentive.
