Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on leadership style, and deep product thinking. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and launching products from scratch, driving data-driven product iterations, and scaling product teams. You will take full ownership of the product strategy and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs. This role requires a balance between high-level product strategy and hands-on involvement in product execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Ownership:
  • Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and customer needs. Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring successful outcomes at each stage.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Use data and analytics to inform product decisions. Track key performance metrics, iterate on features, and pivot strategies based on user feedback and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and market requirements. Foster strong collaboration between teams and maintain a customer-centric product approach.
  • User Research & Feedback:
  • Conduct user research, gather feedback, and incorporate customer insights into the product development process. Champion user needs and continuously enhance product features to improve the user experience.
  • Iterative Development:
  • Lead the team through iterative development cycles, focusing on continuous improvement based on data-driven insights. Ensure that product updates deliver measurable value to users and drive business results.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:
  • Lead and mentor junior product managers, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and high performance. Provide guidance on defining key metrics, setting priorities, and driving product decisions.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for product launches, working closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product adoption and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of building and launching products from scratch, especially in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Experience with iterative, data-driven product development and using metrics to drive product decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products
  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech-driven industries.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong technical background with a deep understanding of product development processes.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics.

Leadership & Communication:

  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to guide and mentor product teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex product strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Entrepreneurial Mindset:

  • Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term product vision.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong ability to define and track success metrics and use data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends, competition, and user behavior to inform product development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Founder or startup experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML products or technologies is a bonus.
