Senior Product Manager, CMS Extensibility

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a team focused on enabling our users to design with data at scale. You will own a product area within our Content Management System (CMS) focused on improving performance, expanding capabilities, enhancing its set of APIs and expanding connectivity to 3rd party data systems to ensure our largest customers can scale their businesses online.

About the role 

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC & ON, Canada)

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $130,000 - $178,000 for most US locations and $144,000 - $198,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll … 

  • Advance the vision, strategy, and execution of Webflow’s CMS & core content data products to ensure they meet our customer’s advanced needs for connectivity, extensibility & scalability
  • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and data scientists to execute on your roadmap and deliver impact
  • Evaluate multiple net new content & data product areas adjacent to our core product and then develop a strategy and roadmap with alignment from our executive team

In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role.

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Product Manager if you:

  • Understand modern content management system (CMS) & data platforms and how teams use that data to power their digital experiences
  • Can articulate a bold vision, and can collaboratively partner and influence across multiple teams and stakeholders to create a path to achieve it
  • Have strong stakeholder management experience leading products that support multiple customer personas
  • Have experience driving 0 to 1 products
  • Are a systems thinker
  • Have led multi-disciplinary development teams in high-growth environments
  • Know how to balance building for the long-term with delivering near-term wins for users
  • Thrive in the ambiguity that comes with a fast-paced, high-growth environment
