We are seeking a high-agency, motivated, and ambitious Corporate Card Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our core Corporate Card product. The ideal candidate has experience working with issuer processors such as Paymentology, Stripe, and Marqeta, and has worked across multiple geographies. This role requires a proactive problem solver who identifies and addresses challenges without waiting for them to come. You will collaborate closely with the engineering organization and design team to deliver best-in-class products that empower thousands of finance teams, our core buyers. You will manage the complete Card lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing iterations, driving Card adoption and usage.

Location: This role is open to full-time remote work or an option to be based out of São Paulo, Brazil, as a hybrid position where there is an opportunity to come into our office in the Jardim Paulista area. #LI-HYBRID  

Job Responsibilities:

  • Vision and Strategy: Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Corporate Card product. Ensure alignment with Jeeves' broader organizational goals and objectives.
  • Product Leadership: Act as the driving force behind the product, leading with a high degree of agency and ownership. Collaborate with issuer processors like Paymentology, Stripe, and Marqeta to deliver innovative card solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and customer feedback to iterate and evolve the product offerings. Disambiguate signal from noise to enhance the core product experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams like the Spend Management team to ensure seamless integration and synergy. Foster a culture of collaboration across all relevant teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize the needs of finance teams, our core buyers, ensuring the product is valuable and user-friendly. Engage in user research and feedback loops to continuously improve the product.
  • Innovation and Problem Solving: Proactively identify and solve problems, ensuring continuous product improvement. Drive a culture of innovation and rapid experimentation within the product team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years in product management, with at least 3 years in the fintech space.
  • Proven experience working with issuer processors like Paymentology, Stripe, and Marqeta.
  • Experience working across multiple geographies and understanding regional nuances.
  • Strong track record of shipping and iterating on successful products with cross-functional teams.
  • High degree of ownership, proactive problem-solving skills, and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Passion for delivering best-in-class consumer products and driving product adoption and usage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive product decisions.
  • Willing to work across global time zones, including 10% travel
