a well funded B2B ClimateTech startup (recently raised 2.8 million € in PreSeed funding). We believe it is possible to create a better world for the benefit of future generations. We do our part by making carbon removal and storage a great investment – for investors and for the planet. How we do it? We are building a new and completely digital certification and verification standard for carbon markets, as well as a new asset class on top of that, called Carbon Shares.

- an early member of the product team, who will be directly involved in formulating a vision for our innovative product.
- a product manager with a few years of experience in early stage startups under their belt (you, like us, thrive on failure)
- experienced in discovering & validating customer needs, competitive landscape & industry trends
- experienced in leading user research & testing
- proficient in the use of product analytics to drive decision making
- experienced in climate tech and the Voluntary Carbon Market
- comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- are based in Europe
- a person who cares as much as we do about stopping climate change

👨🏼💻 What you will do 👨🏼💻
- Research and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive products to inform product strategy
- Develop product roadmap and prioritize features and enhancements
- Develop product specifications, requirements, and user stories
- Collaborate with our climate & growth teams to ensure product is launched on-time and meets customer needs
- Monitor and analyze product performance and customer feedback
- Develop and maintain product documentation
