In this role, you'll be leading a charter within the Screen product, which will redefine how software developers are evaluated and hired. You'll have the opportunity and responsibility to scale this business by thinking outside the box to unlock deep value for our users and buyers. The Screen team is passionate, driven, fun and focused on customer delight.

Position Overview:

In this role, you'll manage the self-service motion of the product. You will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our product. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, optimizing the user journey, and leveraging data to inform product decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success to identify opportunities for growth and implement initiatives that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy Development: Develop and implement growth strategies to increase user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize data analytics to identify growth opportunities, monitor key metrics, and make informed product decisions.
  • Experimentation: Design, implement, and analyze experiments to test hypotheses and validate growth initiatives.
  • User Journey Optimization: Continuously optimize the user journey to enhance user experience, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy.
  • Product Roadmap: Contribute to the product roadmap by prioritizing growth-focused features and enhancements.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of growth initiatives, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

We are looking for:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experimentation Mindset: Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methodologies.
  • User-Centric Approach: Deep understanding of user experience and customer journey optimization.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Tools and Technologies: Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Optimizely) and project management software (e.g., Jira, Linear).
