Senior Product Manager - Innovation Projects

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join us. With a focus on innovation projects, you will be part of a small, agile, and constantly evolving team, working to identify and execute upon growth opportunities that meet our ambitious commercial and user experience goals.

In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team from Design, Engineering, Product Insights, and Program Management to execute on the roadmap for B2B products while assessing new opportunities for innovation in the space. You will also collaborate with our industry relations teams, consultants, and other experts in the field. From prototyping to development to commercialisation, you’ll manage the full lifecycle for product development. 

What You'll Do

  • Deliver the existing roadmap for our products, while assessing new opportunities for innovation, improving the existing product, and setting the future roadmap
  • Prioritize new features based on customer needs, business potential, and technical scalability
  • Set and follow metrics that advise us of the success of the products and their impact on Spotify
  • Partner with PMs, design, insights, and engineering teams on the design, implementation, delivery and adoption of ticketing tools ensuring that the full end to end experience is top notch.
  • Ensure your team has a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and providing maintenance and support

Who You Are

  • You have proven experience working as a product manager in cross-functional teams that have shipped software products at scale
  • You have worked on a B2B product and deeply understand the nuances of B2B product management
  • You’re excited about working in a new, green field, ambiguous space
  • You have experience collaborating with a wide range of non-product partners in a matrixed organization, and understand how to influence and inspire teams
  • You’re a compelling storyteller who can communicate in succinct and inspiring ways to a variety of audience types
  • You’re passionate about the opportunity to help creators make a living off of live experiences
  • You have a team-first approach and have developed techniques to ensure your teams are happy, motivated and productive
  • You are comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple offices and timezones
