Senior Product Manager, Lending

The Senior Product Manager will report to the Group Product Manager of Lending.

As the Senior Product Manager, you will: 

  • Own the vision and strategy for your product area, defining goals and success with clear measurable objectives and key results. 
  • Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap, negotiating with peers and stakeholders to get buy-in. 
  • Define requirements for innovative experiences to simplify the application, decisioning, loan customization, and signing process for our customers. 
  • Execute product commitments effectively to deliver meaningful business and customer impact, collaborating with cross-functional Engineering, Operations, and Business teams. 
  • Communicate project updates and results to key stakeholders, including executive leadership. 
  • Work with Data and Research to identify new opportunities and generate actionable insights to inform your product roadmap.  
  • Inspire and lead your product squads with vision, passion, and drive. 
  • Willingness to travel to the Oakland office monthly to collaborate with other Earnies.

About You:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Management (or similar) roles bridging business and technology. 
  • Successful track record in building and scaling consumer-facing products.
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization across devices. 
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate and anchor decisions in data. 
  • Ability to influence at a team level, and drive alignment among peers and stakeholders. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill key takeaways quickly. 
  • Understanding of software development and agile methodologies. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel to the Oakland office monthly to collaborate with other Earnies.

Even Better: 

  • Product experience in lending or consumer financial services.
  • Familiarity with risk and underwriting solutions.  
  • MBA preferred.

  • This role will be based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • While you’ll enjoy the flexibility of remote work, we also love to see our Earnies face-to-face! We ask you to join us at our Oakland office for 3 consecutive days a month for team collaboration and some fun. It's a chance to connect, share ideas, and maybe even grab some coffee together!

A little about our pay philosophy: We take pride in compensating our employees fairly and equitably. We are showcasing a range of your potential base salary. The successful candidate’s starting pay will also be determined based on job-related qualifications, internal compensation, and budget. This range may be modified in the future.

Pay Range

$211,000 - $239,000 USD
