The Senior Product Manager - Point of Sale for Uplift will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy and design of the main Uplift Pay Monthly Product related to pre-purchase/ up-funnel marketing assets like infomodals, from-pricing, estimator tool etc; in-funnel checkout experiences. They will be the primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, customers and vendors. They will lead ideation and implementation of best-in-class product solutions, while actively collaborating with key stakeholders to gather and understand customer and market feedback. They will need to leverage insights from data and user research to identify opportunities to optimize user experience and to drive growth and profitability. As well as developing effective product roadmaps and strategies to achieve desired business outcomes, they will be responsible for ensuring new and existing products are aligned with organizational goals and compliant with industry regulations.
What you will do and achieve
- Be a product guru of the end-to-end consumer experiences. Partner with UI/UX design to deliver delightful consumer experiences.
- Identify levers for increasing funnel conversion. Lead funnel conversion optimization through experimentations, in collaboration with data analysts, data scientists and the engineering team
- Partner with compliance team and partner bank to deliver a regulatory compliant product
- Drive product strategy and vision for Customer Data Platform at Uplift
Who you are
- Bachelor's Degree in a business field (technical degree a plus)
- A minimum of 5+ years of Product Management or Technical/Engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience in fintech and/or BNPL products
- Strong background in product analytics and experimentation.
- Experience with product analytics and CDP tools such as Amplitude, Segment, Google Analytics etc.
- Ability to facilitate efficient decision making
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for learning new technical and business domains.
