SplitMetrics is searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in the field of Demand-Side Platforms (DSP). You will take ownership of the product end to end, from ideation and strategy development to product launch, promotion & measuring results. You will leverage your skills and experience to contribute to our vision, making an impact on the revenue and direction of the company.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute the go to market strategy, focusing on ICP, messaging, JTBD, pricing, and growth channels.
  • Take charge of the business PnL responsibilities.
  • Own and drive KPIs related to the product.
  • Steer the product strategy, including backlog management, roadmap development, and the selection of trade-offs and market entry strategies.
  • Engage closely with a select group of "test" clients and later expand communication to a broader audience.
  • Work closely with the development team on architecture, technical solutions, and integrations.
  • Grasp concepts related to generative AI, creative optimization, and CPA/ROAS-based optimization.

About you:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Product Manager role with a focus on B2B SaaS products.
  • Demonstrated experience with Demand-Side Platforms (DSP), showcasing your in-depth understanding of the space.
  • Experience in the mobile market and understanding of how mobile applications operate is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in customer needs analysis, hypothesis-driven roadmap development, segmentation, and data analysis.
  • Understanding of how the DSP economy works, including how business models and technology intersect
  • Track record of making independent, visionary decisions and driving product development. You're not afraid to explore unconventional solutions and embrace new ideas.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written), ability to conduct face-to-face meetings with international B2B customers (we do it a lot).
